The next edition of the AHCS Magazine will not be out until our championship show in 2009.
This decision has been made for two main reasons:
- 1. We hope to distribute as many copies as possible at our championship show to alleviate the massive postage cost (over £120) we had last year.
- 2. We hope this will spread the time of year that all the publications are coming out and will free up people’s funds to be able to advertise. With the annuals, yearbook and many other club magazines out at Christmas time, support was weaning and can only do so even more with the credit crunch upon us..
So next years issue will be a bumper issue covering 2 opens shows, 2 limited shows, a championship show and reports on our seminars, points tables, the centenary, exams, training and social events, kennel interview, a foreign kennel interview, competitions & an all new Junior section by our new junior editor Caitlin Leiper.
We look forward to your support in making the issue.
At the end of the year there will be a newsletter with important information and the points trophy winners of 2008.
The Magazine will be printed in A4 format & will be in colour.
Copy & photographs with Full Payment to be sent to Magazine Editor Items can also be emailed to Mag Editor /Asst Editor but will not be included unless payment is received by the closing date.
All photos and articles by 15th June please.
