Minor puppy dog: 1 entry.
1st & BPD Andison and Peel’s Khamis Metallica. 6 mth. Masculine brindle baby with lovely square outline. Dark eye set in a masculine head leading to well laid shoulders which were balanced with rear. Super, correct short wide loin leading to correct set of tail with donut ring. Unhappy standing alone so tail not raised in action today. Sure will settle into a lovely show-dog.

Puppy dog: 0 entries.

Junior dog: 2 entries.
1st Richardson, Forrester & Robertsons Finix Sunart. Masculine black and silver dog with square outline. Correct spring of ribs leading to short loin. Angulation of forequarter good but would prefer a lower set shoulder. Low set tail with correct ring. Moved with good reach and drive and power, handled and presented very well.
2nd Anderson & Elliot’s Finix Veldricken. Lovely masculine, strong but refined head.Personally preferred head of him to 1st and his brother in later class, however lost to 1 as preferred spring of ribs and tail of 1st. Also slightly longer cast in outline than 1. Immaculately turned out.

Yearling dog: As junior.

Maiden dog: No entries.

Novice dog: 1 entry.
1st Anderson & Elliots Finix Veldricken. As per above write up.

Graduate dog: 4 entries.1 absent.
1st and BD Nisbets Finix Treig JW. Black and tan masculine dog. Powerful head, well chiseled with triangular eyes. Without doubt the best feet of the day, strong, large and arched. Never underestimate the importance of the foot in contribution to gait! Well ribbed but prefer slightly shorter loin. Complimenting angulation front and back, but would prefer lower set on shoulder. Fantastic hard condition of muscles - best of the day and not to be faulted. Over all this gave him a good reach on the move, powerful and arrogant mover, good spring. I believe this dog could do his job if required. A must for me.
2nd Finix Sunart - as above.

Post graduate dog: 2 entries.
1st Finix Sunart - as before.
2nd Black and Howie’s Chinzaes Just An Affair. Gold black mask dog expertly presented dog. Roman nose with triangular eye on a powerful head. Deep ribs, but Preferred over-all outline and tail of 1.

Limit dog: 1 entry.
1st Birkhall Travis. Gold shade mask with a beautiful head both typical of the breed and the breeding behind him. Ear fringing to die for! However think wind disturbing him on move today as mostly pacing so hard to assess. Prefer more height.

Open dog: 3 entries.
1st O’Donnell’s Javidan Dirty Little Secret. Blue-black, more refined dog all over than 2nd but preferred the lay and set of shoulder. Extends very well on the move front and back as balanced dog - covers ground easily. Lovely short loin helped to keep top line strong on the move. The most lovely triangular eyes, but would prefer a slightly more powerful head.

Veteran dog & bitch. 3 entries, 1 absent.
1st and RBD Ch. Tulak The Patriot at Dargai SHCM. A gold grizzle gentleman I have long admired. Deep powerful jaw - one of the best today, slight stop and triangular eyes. Masculine and yet refined. Great lay and set of shoulder and return of upper arm perfectly balanced with the hind-legs. Low set tail with a ring raised in action. Great length of stride as conformation dictates, but perhaps feeling a little lazy today. Great contender for BD but very hard for a 9&1/2 year old dog to competeon the move with a youngster in hard condition.
2nd Hunters Sulahmara Al-Khayyami. Gold grizzle dog with super angulation especially at the rear. Low set hocks. Preferred spring of ribs of him to 1st, but he just lost out in length of stride and ring of tail of 1st.

Bitches
Minor Puppy Bitch: 3 entries 0 absent.
1st BPB & BPIS Blane’s Khamis Evanescence. 6 mth Brindle baby showing like a seasoned professional. Dark triangular eye hidden in profuse monkey fluff. Lovely lay of shoulder, moved so well with a lovely raised ringed tail could not ignore her. Correct square outline.
2nd Nisbet & Forresters Kharabou Scot The Look at Fenix. Gorgeous feminine black and tan 7 mth old. Lovely lay of shoulder. Balanced front and rear. Appealed to me so much but lost to 1 only as handler having to hold her back a little which was shortening her forward reach today.
3rd Leitch’s Khamis T’Pau. Beautiful feminine head. Preferred hind angulation of her to sister but she has not yet grown into her angles. All 3 babies can change place on another day easily. Most consistent class of the day.

Puppy Bitch: 0 entries.

Junior Bitch: 2 entries 0 absent.
1st Finix Lindores at Gylemuir. Black bitch. Plenty of chiseling in her head, good deep jaw but would prefer it over-all lighter set. Moved well with tail raised in action.
2nd Leiper’s Khamis Silk Road. Blue/cream/oyster brindle. Nice square outline, presented beautifully. Good long fore-face however prefer depth of jaw of 1.

Yearling bitch
1stWestgarth’s Bichoux bella for tamareesha. Black bitch with an old fashioned working head which would be more visible if left-over monkey fluff were not there. Excellent depth of jaw. Another Afghan Hound that I can believe can do her job. Lovely ringed tail with low set - raised on the move. Easy long stride gave ground
covering powerful action.

Maiden Bitch: 0 entries

Novice Bitch: 0 entries

Graduate Bitch: 2 entries.
1st Dunn’s Finix Lindores at Gylemuir. As above
2nd Hunters Brandswood Dancing Queen at Sulahmara. Lovely feminine head with gorgeous triangular eyes. Super angulation front and back. Really like her outline but today was unsettled on the move - another the wind disturbed so I could not assess her fully.

Post Graduate bitch; 5 entries.
1st O’Donnell’s Javidan Have a Nice Day. Slight black feminine bitch. The darkest eye contributing to arrogant expression. Balanced well both front and rear. Correct spring on the move with reach and drive. Tail raised in action.
2nd Harris & Day’s Khorinya Narooma with Portianja. Exotic gold/blue/oyster - stunningly unusually coloured bitch. So feminine with correct square outline. As usual from the Harris’s - stunning presentation of coat. Covers ground easily with drive from rear, however lost to 1 as preferred shoulder and forward reach on the move.

Limit Bitch: 1 entry.
1st McCrindle’s Kazzlyn Kool N Sassy. Pretty gold shade mask with lovely chiseling in her head. Triangular eye. Balanced front and back though playing owner up today and was determined not to stand to her best advantage! When could assess her she had a good slope to her shoulder and return of upper arm. Very well muscled which helped her move well but would prefer more spring in her step.

Open Bitch: 2 entries 1 absent.
1st O’Donnell’s Javidan Keep the Faith. Brindle girl with a lovely deep jaw, roman nose and triangular eye. Very arrogant expression. Excellent deep ribs makes me believe she has the ability to endure her job if required. Balanced front and back. Lovely ringed tail raised on the move finishing off her ground covering springy movement. In great coat. An easy BB and BIS today.
